We are committed to providing professional and efficient assistance for your visa application process. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and conditions regarding refunds for our services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Our Service Commitment

Stay in Bali 6 Months specializes in providing expert guidance and administrative support for obtaining Indonesian visas. Our services include, but are not limited to, initial consultations, document preparation and review, application submission assistance, and communication with relevant government authorities on your behalf. We strive for accuracy and efficiency in every step of the process. However, it is crucial to understand that the final decision regarding visa approval rests solely with the Indonesian Immigration Department and other government bodies.

General Refund Principle

Due to the nature of visa consulting services, which involve significant administrative work, professional expertise, and time investment from the outset, our fees primarily cover the professional services rendered regardless of the final visa outcome. Refunds are therefore subject to specific conditions related to the stage of your application process.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund

You are eligible for an 80% refund of the service fee if you choose to cancel your application or withdraw your request for our services BEFORE we have officially submitted your documents to the Indonesian government or relevant immigration authorities.

  • Definition of “Government Submission”: This includes, but is not limited to, the official uploading of your application to the government’s online portal, payment of government visa fees on your behalf, or physical submission of documents to a government office.
  • Reason for 20% Retention: The remaining 20% of your service fee covers our initial administrative costs, consultation time, comprehensive document review, preliminary application preparation, and any other preparatory work already undertaken by our team prior to submission. This portion compensates for the professional services already provided up to that point.
  • Government Fees: Please note that any government fees (e.g., visa application fees, telex fees) that may have been paid by Stay in Bali 6 Months on your behalf *before* cancellation are generally non-refundable by the government and will therefore not be included in your 80% refund. We will advise you if any such fees have been paid.

2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund

Once your application has been officially submitted to the Indonesian government or relevant immigration authorities, NO REFUND (0%) of the service fee will be issued.

  • Reasoning: At this stage, our primary service commitment, which involves the professional preparation and submission of your application, has been fulfilled. Government processing has commenced, and our work for that phase is complete. Our fee is for the service of preparing and submitting the application, not for guaranteeing the outcome or for the government’s processing time.
  • Government Fees: Any government fees paid on your behalf after submission are also strictly non-refundable by the government and therefore cannot be refunded by Stay in Bali 6 Months.

Non-Refundable Circumstances (Exclusions)

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund of our service fees:

  • Visa Application Rejected by Immigration: If your visa application is rejected by Indonesian Immigration or any other government authority, our service fee is non-refundable. This is because the final decision rests solely with the government, and we cannot influence their discretion or guarantee visa approval. Our service is to facilitate and accurately submit your application, not to ensure its success. We are not responsible for changes in immigration policy, unforeseen government delays, or decisions made outside our control.
  • Client-Provided Incorrect or Incomplete Information: Refunds will not be issued if your application is rejected, delayed, or unsuccessful due to inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information, documents, or declarations provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is truthful and complete.
  • Failure to Meet Government Requirements: If the client fails to meet specific government requirements for the visa (e.g., financial requirements, health checks, criminal record checks) that lead to a rejection or inability to process the application.
