Terms of Service for Stay in Bali 6 Months

Welcome to stayinbali6months.com (“Stay in Bali 6 Months,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any information, content, and materials provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Service Description & Scope

Stay in Bali 6 Months provides Indonesia visa consulting and facilitation services. Our primary role is to assist individuals in understanding the requirements, preparing necessary documentation, and facilitating the submission process for various Indonesian visas, particularly those suitable for extended stays, such as the B211A visa which can be extended to a total of 6 months. We act as an intermediary, utilizing our knowledge and network to streamline your application process.

Important Disclaimer: We facilitate the visa application process; however, we do not issue visas. The decision to grant or deny a visa, the processing time, and the specific conditions attached to any visa are solely at the discretion of the Indonesian immigration authorities or the relevant government agencies. We explicitly state that we cannot, and do not, guarantee the approval of any visa application. Our service fees are for the consulting and facilitation services provided, regardless of the outcome of your visa application. We are not responsible for any changes in government policies, regulations, processing times, or fees that may occur during or after your application process.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are solely responsible for providing us with accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation required for your visa application. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to the denial of your visa application or other legal consequences, for which Stay in Bali 6 Months bears no responsibility. You are also responsible for promptly responding to any requests for information or documents from us or the immigration authorities. You must ensure you meet all eligibility criteria for the visa you are applying for and comply with all Indonesian laws and regulations during your stay.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are for the professional consulting and facilitation services provided by Stay in Bali 6 Months. These fees do not include government application fees, visa fees, extension fees, bank charges, courier costs, translation costs, or any other third-party expenses, which you will be responsible for separately. All service fees are quoted in a currency specified at the time of invoicing and must be paid in full before we commence or continue with the agreed-upon services. Details regarding payment methods, due dates, and any applicable taxes will be provided in your service agreement or invoice. Please be aware that fees are subject to change without prior notice, though we will endeavor to inform you of any changes before you commit to our services.

4. Refund Policy Reference

Our commitment is to provide high-quality service. However, due to the nature of visa consulting and the involvement of third-party government agencies, our services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. For specific details regarding eligibility for refunds, the process for requesting a refund, and any applicable conditions or deductions, please refer to our separate and comprehensive Refund Policy document. This document outlines all terms related to refunds for services rendered by Stay in Bali 6 Months.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stay in Bali 6 Months, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service from which the liability arose. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, changes in immigration law, or any actions or inactions of government authorities.

6. Force Majeure

Stay in Bali 6 Months shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or failures of telecommunications or information services. In such an event, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of the force majeure event.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be settled amicably through good faith negotiations between the parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, any such dispute shall be exclusively submitted to and finally resolved by the competent courts located in Indonesia.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
